In-Stock Items (Sale Items)

 

  • Ships within 3–5 business days after payment

  • Tracking provided as soon as your order ships

     

Made-to-Order Items

  • Crafted just for you after your order is placed

  • Usually ships within 3 weeks (faster for smaller pieces)

  • Production may vary depending on complexity and current demand

  • We’ll notify you of any delays due to supply issues or holidays

  • If timing doesn’t work, we’re happy to offer a full refund

     

Custom Orders

  • Fill out our custom order form for a free quote, contract, and time estimate

  • 50% deposit required to start production

  • Final payment and shipping due before delivery

  • Cheapest shipping option will be selected for your location

  • Local pickup in Sarnia is free; delivery in Lambton County available for a small fee

  • Contact us for delivery quotes within 2 hours of Sarnia

  • Rush options available—just ask!

Shipping Calculation

  • We use ClickShip for accurate rates at checkout with multiple carrier options.

  • Overnight shipping speeds up delivery after production but does not shorten production time

  • Basic shipping generally delivers in under 3 days for most areas

  • If we show a higher rate than the actual shipping, we’ll refund any difference

Local Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Service (Lambton County)

  • We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time

  • You must be home to accept delivery; missed deliveries incur a small redelivery fee

  • We deliver houses, ground-floor condos, and apartments with outside access

  • Larger items within ~2 hours of Sarnia—contact us for a quote

  • No returns accepted after delivery and acceptance.
     

Pickup in Sarnia (Free)

  • Available at our Ontario location

  • We’ll provide pickup times when your order is ready

  • Confirm your arrival time before coming

  • No returns after pickup and acceptance
     

Live Outside Lambton County ​

  • Pickup: Contact us to arrange and receive a refund of shipping costs

  • Delivery within 2 hours of Sarnia: Contact us first for availability and fees

Damaged Items? We'll Fix It!

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca within 7 days

  2. Include your name, order number, delivery date, and photos of the damaged box, shipping materials, and item.

  3. Keep the damaged item; no need to return it
     

Once verified with photos, we’ll refund your full payment including shipping. We make the claim to insurance and pay you out right away. The carrier may ask for you to keep the shipping box for 30 days in case they check.


Photos also help us improve packaging and is required for us to file a claim with carriers.

Returns and Refunds

In-Stock Sale Items:

  • Final sale, no returns (except damaged items)
     

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Return within 30 days for 80% refund if unused and in original condition (you cover shipping)

  • Bare, unstained pieces: 100% refund within 30 days (you cover shipping)

  • Notify us within 7 days at info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca
     

Custom Orders:

  • Final sale, no returns (except in case of damage—see policy above)
