Made-to-Order Items

  • Crafted just for you after your order is placed

  • Usually ships within 3 weeks (faster for smaller pieces)

  • Production may vary depending on complexity and current demand

  • We’ll notify you of any delays due to supply issues or holidays

  • If timing doesn’t work, we’re happy to offer a full refund

     

Custom Orders

  • Fill out our custom order form for a free quote, contract, and time estimate

  • 50% deposit required to start production

  • Final payment and shipping due before delivery

  • Cheapest shipping option will be selected for your location

  • Local pickup in Sarnia is free; delivery in Lambton County available for a small fee

  • Contact us for delivery quotes within 2 hours of Sarnia

  • Rush options available—just ask!

Local Delivery & Pickup

We no longer offer local pickup or delivery — all orders ship, even local ones. If you're in the Sarnia area and would prefer to pick up, place your order as usual and contact us — we'll refund your shipping and arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is a flat rate — no surprises at checkout. Every product falls into one of three tiers based on the box it needs: Tier 1 (small), Tier 2 (medium), Tier 3 (large). Your zone is set by your province and tier by weight:

  • Ontario / Quebec: $15 / $16 / $18

  • Manitoba: $18 / $23 / $26

  • East Coast: $19 / $26 / $30

  • West Coast: $19 / $26 / $33

  • Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut: checkout shows live carrier rates for the territories — but for packages under 11 lbs we can usually ship at our regular flat rates due to new carrier. If the rate you paid comes in higher, we'll refund you the difference once the order is ready to ship.

  • Every order includes tracking

  • Most orders arrive within 1-5 days of shipping depending on location

  • We ship to street addresses only 

  • Orders over $100 require a signature on delivery (our shipping insurance requires it)

  • FREE shipping on orders over $120 — ten provinces, plus the territories on packages under 11 lbs.

Damaged Items? 

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca within 7 days

  2. Include your name, order number, delivery date, and photos of the damaged box, shipping materials, and item.

  3. Keep the damaged item; no need to return it.
     

Once verified with photos, we’ll refund your full payment including shipping. We make the claim to insurance and pay you out right away. The carrier may ask for you to keep the shipping box for 30 days in case they check.


Photos also help us improve packaging and are required for us to file a claim with carriers.

Returns and Refunds

Ready to Ship Items

  • Final sale, no returns , (except damaged items) as these are marked down significantly.
     

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Return within 21 days if unused and in original condition (you cover shipping) for 70% refund on product due to customization.

  • Bare, unstained/unpainted  pieces: 100% refund within 21days (you cover shipping)

  • Notify us within 7 days at info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca
     

Custom Orders:

  • Final sale, no returns (except in case of damage—see policy above as this is based on your design)
     

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your Rustic & Renewed Decor piece so if there is an issue, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
