Shipping & Production Times

In-Stock Items

 

  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received

  • If an item is out of stock, it will usually be made to order and will be eligible for a full refund under our in-stock return policy

  • You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships
     

Made-to-Order Items

 

  • Carefully handcrafted just for you after your order is placed

  • Usually ships within 3 weeks or sooner, depending on the item

  • Production time can vary based on complexity and current demand

  • We’ll keep you informed if any delays occur, like supply issues or holidays

  • If timing doesn’t work, we’re happy to offer a full refund—no worries
     

Custom Orders

  • After you fill out the custom form, you’ll get a free quote, contract, and time estimate

  • We’ll give you a shipping cost estimate, but the final amount may change due to weight

  • We need a 50% deposit to start making your item

  • Final payment and shipping costs are due before or when we deliver

  • We’ll pick the cheapest shipping option for your location

  • You can pick up for free in Sarnia, Ontario, or get delivery in Lambton County for a small fee

  • If you’re within 2 hours of Sarnia, contact us for a delivery quote

Local Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Service (Lambton County)

  • Available in Lambton County (based on your postal code)

  • Delivery fees vary by location (you’ll see the cost at checkout)

  • We’ll contact you to set up a delivery time when your order is ready

  • You must be home to accept delivery - if no one is there, we’ll take your items back to Sarnia and charge a fee to redeliver
     

Where Will We Deliver

  • Houses/townhomes with direct access

  • Ground-floor apartments/condos with outside access

  • No returns after delivery is complete

  • No returns accepted after delivery is complete
     

Pickup in Sarnia (Free)

  • Available at our Sarnia, Ontario location

  • We’ll contact you with pickup times when ready

  • Please confirm your time before arriving

  • No returns after pickup and acceptance of item.
     

Live Outside Lambton County and Want to Pick up​​

  • Contact us to arrange pickup, and we'll refund your shipping costs!

Live Outside Lambton County and Want to Delivery Within 2 Hours of Sarnia​

  • Contact us before ordering to see if we are able to deliver and provide you with the delivery costs. If you have already paid, just let us know and refund the difference if there is one.

Damaged Items? We'll Fix It!

If your order arrives damaged, getting a refund is easy:

  1. Within 7 days of delivery, send an email to info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca

  2. Include your name, order number, and when it was delivered

  3. Attach photos showing both the damaged box and the damaged item

  4. Keep the damaged item - no need to send it back
     

After we check your photos, we’ll refund your full payment, including shipping costs.

We need these photos because we document all packages before shipping. This helps us file claims and improve how we pack items.

You’ll get a complete refund for shipping damage - we promise!

Returns and Refunds

At Rustic and Renewed Decor, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim for perfection, but we know returns can happen. Here’s our simple policy:

In-Stock Items:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Notify us within 7 days at info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Get a full product refund upon return (you cover all shipping costs).

  • Damaged items follow a separate policy.
     

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Return within 30 days for a 70% refund if unused and in original condition (you cover shipping).

  • Notify us within 7 days at info@rusticandreneweddecor.ca.

  • Exceptions: Unstained bare wood items qualify for a 100% refund on the product (you cover shipping).
     

Custom Orders:

  • Final sale - no returns or refunds, except in the event of damage. See damage policy.
